Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 based on experience

Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders
- Experience with mechanical assembly preferred
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional tests on finished panels
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills for navigation and documentation
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Technical training or certification in electronics or manufacturing
- Experience with electrical or electronic components
- Prior knowledge of quality control or inspection procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (not required but preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Ability to work reliably Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm
