In this role, you'll be the first line of support for our clients, preparing quotes, answering inquiries, and managing sample processing with precision. Your expertise will help ensure our testing pipeline runs smoothly, while your communication skills will shine in addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Required Skills:
- Experience in a laboratory, environmental testing, or sample receiving environment preferred
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or data-entry platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage discrepancies effectively
- Customer service experience and confidence in client interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with ChemLIMS/eLIMS systems
- Knowledge of chain of custody procedures
- Basic understanding of invoicing and billing processes
- Additional language skills for client communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in a testing or laboratory support role is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Availability to occasionally support sample logistics and return shipments
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with laboratory staff
- Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and workflows
