Contractor Benefits

Paystubs & w-2’s
Our company partnered with Skylight to store paystubs and W-2’s electronically, so you can access them anytime you need them.
Timecards
Our company has an electronic timecard system that you can access using your computer or phone. You will need to submit your timecard by the deadline to ensure you are paid timely.
Medical Benefits
Our companies offer several packages for medical benefits. All  offerings are through Breckpoint. There are several options available. 
Expense Report
Our company requires you to complete our expense report for any expenses you need reimbursed.
i-9
When you are onboarding with us, you will be required to complete an I-9. You will receive a link unique to you to fill out in the process. Click on the link and contact Victoria Cotter if you need assistance.
Wage Verification
Any request for an employment or wage verification can be sent to Victoria Cotter.
401(k) Retirement Plans
Our company offers a 401(k) Retirement plan, both a Traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) that includes a matching Contribution. Click the link to contact Renee Howard.

During the onboarding process each employee is asked to click on a link and complete the required information. This simple process should only take 2 – 10 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your paycheck will be in your account on Fridays of the week after you complete work if you are direct deposit.

You will have access to your timecard on the first Friday you start, if all of your onboarding documents are completed. All documents need to be approved before your timecard is able to be opened. Your timecard must be submitted by Monday mornings so timecard can be sent for approvals.

To call off, you must call the representative at your assigned company AND your recruiter.

Your paystubs are available on your payroll portal, also called your iSolved portal. In addition to your paystubs, you also have the ability to access your w2, sign up for medical benefits, change your address and much, much more! 

Once you login to your payroll portal for the first time, you will see an option on the portal's front page to sign up for medical, vision and dental benefits. Your benefits start at the beginning of the next calendar month after you start work and sign up for the benefits. 

Your onboarding should be done by the time that you start your assignment. If there is something lagging, we can usually get a short extension for you to complete it within a day or so. 

An authorized agent, acting on behalf of an employer, is responsible for physically examining an employee's original documents to verify their identity and work authorization, and completing and signing the relevant sections of the Form I-9 to certify that the documents appear genuine. The employer remains legally accountable for ensuring compliance with USCIS regulations.
