Your paycheck will be in your account on Fridays of the week after you complete work if you are direct deposit.
You will have access to your timecard on the first Friday you start, if all of your onboarding documents are completed. All documents need to be approved before your timecard is able to be opened. Your timecard must be submitted by Monday mornings so timecard can be sent for approvals.
To call off, you must call the representative at your assigned company AND your recruiter.
Your paystubs are available on your payroll portal, also called your iSolved portal. In addition to your paystubs, you also have the ability to access your w2, sign up for medical benefits, change your address and much, much more!
Once you login to your payroll portal for the first time, you will see an option on the portal's front page to sign up for medical, vision and dental benefits. Your benefits start at the beginning of the next calendar month after you start work and sign up for the benefits.
Your onboarding should be done by the time that you start your assignment. If there is something lagging, we can usually get a short extension for you to complete it within a day or so.
An authorized agent, acting on behalf of an employer, is responsible for physically examining an employee's original documents to verify their identity and work authorization, and completing and signing the relevant sections of the Form I-9 to certify that the documents appear genuine. The employer remains legally accountable for ensuring compliance with USCIS regulations.
