Position Overview
As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will operate stand-up forklifts and other equipment to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. You will help ensure materials are delivered accurately and efficiently to support production schedules and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities
• Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and production areas

Are you an experienced machine operator looking to elevate your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tube Laser Cutting Operator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including the BLM LT7 tube laser system, where your expertise will directly contribute to producing precision metal components that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Currently hiring for both 2nd (3pm to 11:30pm) & 3rd shifts (11pm to 7:30am). 

All positions will require to train on daylight for 2 weeks.

Starting pay rate up to $23 per hour based on experience level. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor the BLM LT7 tube laser system, ensuring accurate and efficient production. (willing to train on operation of this machine) 
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders with precision.
  • Load raw materials using a forklift, verify program parameters, and perform routine adjustments.
  • Conduct first-article inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production runs.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and communicate technical concerns to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain detailed production records and report any deviations or defects.
  • Assist with material handling, shop support, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, ideally tube lasers, but will consider related experience, any sort of metal fabrication or processing 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Basic knowledge of machine setup and adjustments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience with BLM or similar laser cutting machines.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication and production processes.
  • Additional certifications related to machine operation or safety.

TOPS Staffing is currently looking to hire a contract to hire delivery driver for a well established HVAC Company located in the Sewickley, PA area.    

This position consist of local deliveries no more than 60 miles from our shops location.  No overnight stays, will start and finish at our shop location each and every day.

This position does involve warehousing and some other miscellaneous job duties that you have to be open to performing.  Drivers are required to pick their own orders from our warehouse and load and unload their trucks.  

Job Details:
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00per hour. 
Shift Schedule: Daylight – Monday to Friday –occasional weekend delivery but its not common.    
Hours: Vary based on where your load needs to go and the delivery time but typical start time is 7am. 

All positions require candidate to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and MVR.   

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Drive company 16' Box truck to deliver locally 
  • Pre-trip safety inspection
  • Loading storage container onto and out of truck 
  • Material handling – forklift experience
