SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Client Support Coordinator (Temp)

Join our client's Support team as a Client Support Coordinator, where you’ll help keep daily distribution and customer network operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll oversee activity for a client and/or region, coordinate distribution processes across redistribution facilities and customer distribution centers, and play a key part in reporting, issue resolution, KPI management, and supplier coordination. You’ll also build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and sound decision-making—making a direct impact on service quality and network performance.

This is a temporary role with standard hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. and the schedule would be hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday onsite).

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or transportation
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day network activity across distribution centers, hubs, and partners
  • Proven ability to identify issues, drive resolution, and escalate when needed
  • Comfortable working with reporting, KPIs, and process compliance (including SOPs/BCP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice to Have Skills

  • Transportation operations experience
  • Experience with one or more transportation modes: LTL, intermodal, temperature-controlled, or dry truckload
  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Familiarity with TMS applications
  • Background supporting inventory processes such as allocations, returns, phase-in/phase-out items, slow-moving inventory, and service issue response

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Transportation, or Logistics)
  • Customer service or transportation experience preferred, especially in operational/distribution environments

The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate settlement services, including title work, escrow management, and real estate document preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and settlements
  • Conduct and assist with land title-related work
  • Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents
  • Manage escrow-related documentation and processes

Shift Time: 5am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $19-$22hr based on experience
