If you're eager to work in a hands-on role that offers a great on the job training program, this is your opportunity. We’re hiring for all three shifts — day, afternoon, and night — with a chance to grow your skills and career.

In this role, you'll set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing lines that shape melted plastic into finished products. Attention to detail, mechanical skills, and the ability to handle equipment safely are key. Tasks include loading/unloading, changing parts, and inspecting products with tools like calipers.

Hours & Pay:
Daylight - 8am to 4pm - $18.50hr 
Afternoon - 4pm to midnight - $19.50 
Night shift - Midnight to 8am - $19.75hr 

All position offer advancement opportunity, as your skills and experience increase so will you pay!

Schedule: This job will involve working weekends.  You will still get 2 consecutive days off just cant promise you those will be the traditional Saturday and Sunday weekends.

TOPS Staffing is seeking experienced Electricians to support the construction of a large industrial water treatment facility in Shady Hills, Florida. This is a long-term project offering steady daytime hours and the opportunity to work in a safety-focused industrial environment.

Position Overview
The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, wiring, inspecting, and maintaining electrical systems and components throughout the project. This role requires the ability to read technical drawings, work independently or as part of a team, and perform high-quality electrical work in an active construction setting.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
Read and understand P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
Design, fabricate, and install electrical conduit
Pull, terminate, and label electrical wiring
Wire junction boxes and control panels
Assemble and wire electrical components including motors, instruments, terminal strips, Panduit, and heat tracing
Print and install wire labels per specifications
Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance in a shop or field environment
Support installation, modification, and repair of electrical and electronic systems
Follow all project safety procedures and job site requirements


Qualifications
Previous industrial or commercial electrical experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Working knowledge of low and high voltage systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects
