Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, metallurgical, or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or engineering experience within the metals or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project plans across all phases (engineering, manufacturing, delivery, construction)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze and resolve project issues through strong problem-solving capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in risk management and NCR analysis
- Familiarity with project forecasting tools and SAP for project management
- Previous experience managing international or multi-site projects
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in metallurgy and industrial settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience in the metals industry or similar industrial environments
- Solid understanding of contracts, project requirements, and stakeholder communication
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for project site visits and client meetings

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment with designers, project managers, analysts, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, technical design and task breakout.
- Use cutting-edge technology to develop and deploy high-quality software solutions at a rapid pace.
- Review code and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Education and Experience:
- Experience working as a Software Developer with demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems, particularly web-based solutions.
- Experience in ASP.NET MVC using C# and either .NET Framework 4+, .NET Standard or .NET Core.
- Experience working on a team through the complete software lifecycle, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
