Position: Power Washing Technician 
Pay:$16.00 per hour ($17.00+ once hired on by client)
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday--No Weekends
Location: North Versailles, Pennsylvania 15137

Required Skills:

  • Experience with power washing, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, wet, and noisy conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and instructions

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience operating heat guns, leaf blowers, or similar equipment
  • Familiarity with maintaining cleaning tools and safety gear

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous industrial cleaning, manufacturing, or mechanical experience

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment
  • Dependable and committed to safety regulations and PPE usage

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mechanical engineering and design in support of our client’s products.
  • Mechanical design of complex, high precision, motion simulation equipment from a component level to a system level
  • Preparation of project documentation including acceptance test procedures and customer acceptance test documents, system and maintenance manuals.
  • Serve as technical interface with customers and vendors during all phases of the project and post system delivery including customer design reviews, proposal generation, and part requirements documents.
  • Perform project management of complex motion simulation equipment and systems, which includes managing the project budget and schedule, and preparing and delivering customer presentations. Function as the project team leader and the customer point-of-contact.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a related engineering environment
  • Experience using solid modeling tools, Autodesk Inventor preferred

TOPS Staffing currently has an entry level manufacturing opportunity with a client in the Irwin area.  This is a daylight shift position offering a steady work schedule Monday to Friday.  

In this position you will use a series of baths to clean newly manufactured parts coming out of our machine shop.  This will involve dipping/ soaking parts in a series of baths which helps clean and degrease the parts before they continue on in our production process. We will provide training for this position.


Job Details:
Daylight shift – 6am to 4:30pm - 10hr shifts  
Monday to Thursday schedule, overtime of Friday on a pretty regular basis.  

Starting Pay rate =  $20 per hour 

Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Fill/ Drain wash sinks/tubs  
•    Use of degreasing chemicals/ soaps  
•     Wipe/scrub parts to dry and remove dirt and oil
•    Light material handling/ moving parts from machine shop to wash area, usually done using wheeled carts.
•    General clean up of work area 
 
Education and Experience:
•    High school diploma or GED equivalent
•    Prior manufacturing or construction experience 
•    Prior material handling experience is preferred
 
Physical Requirements:
•    Prolonged periods standing

  • Load and unload steel plates, beams, and pipes from flatbed trucks using a powerful forklift and overhead crane.
  • Safely rig and secure materials for transport, ensuring proper loading with blocking and securing techniques.
  • Move finished products across the warehouse, constantly walking and climbing to operate equipment and prepare orders for dispatch.
