In this pivotal position, you'll leverage your expertise and network to drive revenue growth, build lasting relationships with pharmaceutical clients and agency partners, and lead our business development efforts with vision and strategic insight. Your work will directly influence how patients receive medications, making healthcare delivery more streamlined and patient-centric.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of senior-level success in sales, sales management, or promotional services within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or patient services industries
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and agency partners such as Publicis, CMI, and Havas
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of business development, financial management, and marketing principles
- Experience with awareness and adherence programs in healthcare
- Proficiency in CRM management and sales forecasting
- Ability to travel 80%+ predominantly within the U.S.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Established network in major metropolitan areas across the U.S.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturing and Hub program solutions
- Background in strategic planning and complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as HIPAA, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive healthcare environment
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively (80%+), often to New York City and other major markets
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Must comply with all company policies, including those related to data security and healthcare regulations
