Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems
  • Additional technical training in mechanics or related fields
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Technical training or coursework in mechanics
  • 1+ years of practical maintenance experience

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for a standard daylight shift from 7am to 3:30pm
  • Ability to maintain safety standards and perform routine equipment inspections
  • Willingness to support various production areas as needed
Pay/Raise Schedule: 
  • 1st raise: $22.75 - 3 months
  • 2nd raise: $23.90 - 6 months
  • 3rd raise: $25.00 - 9 months
  • 4th raise: $26.35 - 12 months

This position functions as a utility technician within the facility, supporting multiple areas of the production process. While you may assist in different departments, the role has a strong focus on mechanical assembly, product testing, and repair work.

The company offers a strong training program designed to develop employees with entry to intermediate skill levels. Employees receive scheduled raises every three months during their first year as they learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
