In this pivotal role, you'll support the seamless operation of our client's new Fulfillment Center by managing customer orders, coordinating print production, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. Your organizational skills and tech-savviness will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, order processing, customer service, or fulfillment coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Capable of operating office equipment, computers, printers, and shipping systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with shipping, inventory, printing, or fulfillment systems
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills for printing or shipping issues
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or higher
- Relevant experience in fulfillment, inventory, or administrative functions in a fast-paced setting
