Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs. This role will be responsible for assisting with benefits operations, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of benefits-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes, audits, and data validation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and benefits systems
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues
  • Assist in the development and communication of benefits materials and resources
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports to support decision-making
  • Support leave of absence processes, including tracking and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits, leave, and accommodation practices and related laws preferred
  • Experience with case management related to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or HR support role
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead all site-level financial management, reporting, and accounting functions.
