We are seeking a manual machinist with a minimum of 3 year of manual machining experience running mills, lathes and other secondary shop equipment (drill press, saws, etc.). 

Job Details
• Position: Manual Machinist 
• Shift: Daylight: 5am to 3:30pm 
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4 x 10s)
• Overtime: Fridays as needed (OT regularly available)
• Pay: Up to $35.00/hr, based on experience
• Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus which can exceed $8,000 
 

Position Overview:
Machinists in this role will operate both manual mills & lathes and other secondary shop equipment responsible for running all parts needing manually machined in our shop.  This shop produces a wide variety of parts, so you wont get bored with running the same part over and over again.  Great opportunity for an experienced manual machinist looking to work in modernized, well lit shop with a great team of experience machinists.  

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up and operate manual mills or lathes
• Machine a variety of parts with frequent job changeovers
• Pull correct material for assigned jobs
• Determine proper workholding (fixtures, vises, clamps, clamps, etc.)
• Change tooling as required 
• Adjust and control feeds, speeds, tooling, and coolant flow
• Inspect parts during production using calipers and measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

CNC Programmer – Direct Hire | Daylight Shift

Location: Pittsburgh Area (Two Local Facilities)

Position Overview
