CNC Machinist

Position: Powder Coat Painter
Pay: $19 - $21 per hour, based on experience
Location: Glenshaw, PA

Shifts Available:
Times & Days: 
1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Sunday - Wednesday)
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Job Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Powder Coat Painter. You'll be responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to castings and stampings in a clean, environmentally controlled paint room. Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets
• Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line
• Inspect parts carefully for defects
• Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with powder coating processes is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Physical & Work Environment:

• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive motions involved in masking and spraying
• Environmentally controlled paint room
• Ability to safely lift heavy parts and equipment
• Wear appropriate PPE as required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Position: CNC Saw Operator
Shift Choices: All openings are on 1st shift (options listed below)
Pay Rate: Starts at $18hr-22hr-Wage determined based on experience

What You’ll Do:
As a key player in our production line, you'll be responsible for operating CNC saw equipment, reading simple drawings, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Your tasks include filling out quality documentation, preparing crates and pallets for shipment, and using basic hand tools. Safety and precision are paramount, and your contributions will directly impact our product excellence.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters
• Experience reading and interpreting simple drawings
• Ability to perform basic carpentry skills
• Competence in using hand tools such as hammers, drills, and nail guns
• Strong measurement, math, writing, and quality documentation skills
• Physical stamina to stand for 5-8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have Skills:

• Crane operation training (or willingness to be trained)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Basic understanding of quality control processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating CNC machinery or saws is a plus but not required

Shift Choices:

• Monday – Friday (7am – 3:30pm)
• Sunday – Wednesday (5am – 3:30pm)

Position: CADD Technician / CADD Programmer 
Pay Rate: $26.75+ (Pay based on prior experience) 
Shift: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of drafting or programming experience in AUTOCAD (Your coursework from a technical school counts!)
• Proficiency with AUTOCAD 2D, including interpreting manufacturer drawings
• Hands-on experience with SAP and handling print files such as .DXF and .DWG
• Strong aptitude for building spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of material inventory management and nesting software
• Ability to effectively split time between office (75%) and production floor (25%)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD CAM software
• Familiarity with additional software platforms or advanced nesting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical training or certifications related to programming or manufacturing technology
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
