Position Overview

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management, reporting, controls, and operational accounting within complex environments that require process re-engineering, ERP optimization, and general ledger restructuring. This individual must be highly driven, adaptable, and capable of delivering results quickly while maintaining patience and perseverance in a rapidly evolving business setting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead all site-level financial management, reporting, and accounting functions.
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal leadership, investors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic objectives.

Controls & Compliance

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen financial controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity across accounting functions.
  • Oversee account reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial reporting processes.

  • Assist in re-engineering financial processes and improving general ledger structure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to align financial processes with broader business goals.

Leadership

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment requiring strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and controllership roles.
  • Strong background in private equity-backed companies, particularly those undergoing growth or transformation.

TOPS Staffing is currently looking to hire a contract to hire delivery driver for a well established HVAC Company located in the Sewickley, PA area.    

This position consist of local deliveries no more than 60 miles from our shops location.  No overnight stays, will start and finish at our shop location each and every day.

This position does involve warehousing and some other miscellaneous job duties that you have to be open to performing.  Drivers are required to pick their own orders from our warehouse and load and unload their trucks.  

Job Details:
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00per hour. 
Shift Schedule: Daylight – Monday to Friday –occasional weekend delivery but its not common.    
Hours: Vary based on where your load needs to go and the delivery time but typical start time is 7am. 

All positions require candidate to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and MVR.   

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Drive company 16' Box truck to deliver locally 
  • Pre-trip safety inspection
  • Loading storage container onto and out of truck 
  • Material handling – forklift experience
  • Picking and pulling of orders from our warehouse
  • HVAC knowledge would be a big plus but not required 
  • Cleaning truck

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of approximately 15-20 employees across packaging and assembly operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Position Overview
This role will manage daily operations for packaging while also supporting an assembly team that builds complete boiler systems. The assembly side includes electrical controls, plumbing, and mechanical components, with finished units moving directly into packaging for shipment.

We’re looking for a supervisor who can lead from the floor, communicate effectively, and keep production on track in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for packaging and assembly teams
• Assign work based on production priorities and employee skillsets
• Ensure production goals are met for quality, output, and delivery timelines
