  • Location: Jefferson Hills, PA
  • Direct Hire Opportunity: Full-time employee from day 1! 
  • Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift are available
  • Pay rate: $28.00 - $30.00hr based on experience 
  • Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift Times: 
  • 1st shift: 6AM to 2PM
  • 2nd shift: 2PM to 10PM—10% Shift differential on top of hourly base rate
  • 3rd shift: 10PM to 6AM—10% Shift differential on top of hourly base rate


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform advanced CNC milling operations on vertical and horizontal machines
  • Read, interpret, and troubleshoot G-code to ensure flawless production
  • Mentor and support fellow machinists, sharing your knowledge and experience
  • Apply your proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to produce accurate parts
  • Use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality and conformance
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members to optimize processes and resolve machining challenges
  • Operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and shop standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of CNC machining experience in a machine shop environment or completion of Journeyman papers with 2+ years of experience
  • Expert knowledge of CNC milling techniques and machining practices
  • Strong math skills, including trigonometry and geometry
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and applying GD&T
  • Skilled in using precision measuring tools
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, and twist comfortably
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Skills, Education, & Experience:
  • Experience with 3+2 axis machining
  • Proficiency with Mastercam CNC programming
  • An associate’s degree or technical certification in a related field
  • Extensive hands-on experience with CNC machines and programming

Job Details:

  • Direct-Hire Position

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

  • Salary: Dependent on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Generate, edit, and finalize monthly invoices in accordance with firm and client billing guidelines.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly prebills to attorneys, incorporating necessary edits and adjustments.

  • Assist with electronic billing (e-billing) submissions, resolve rejected invoices, and track approval statuses.

  • Record, review, and monitor attorney time entries and client-related expenses.

  • Maintain and update matter information, billing rates, and client-specific requirements within the billing system.

  • Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and internal firm procedures.

  • Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding billing status, adjustments, and documentation.

  • Support month-end and year-end billing processes as needed.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Position Summary:

TOPS Staffing is recruiting Production Workers for a well-established custom apparel and screen-printing facility located in Trafford, PA. This is an opportunity for candidates interested in learning the apparel-decoration process and working in a fast-paced production environment. Paid, hands-on training is provided. The Production Worker supports multiple stages of the custom apparel-production process. Responsibilities may include preparing garments for printing, assisting with screen-printing operations, inspecting completed products, packaging orders, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production of custom screen-printed apparel and related products

  • Support screen-printing machine operators throughout production runs
  • Inspect printed apparel for proper color, placement, clarity, and overall quality
  • Identify printing defects, damaged garments, or incorrect products
  • Count, sort, fold, and package completed orders

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and material-handling duties when needed
  • Maintain accurate product counts throughout the production process

Qualifications:

  • Previous production, manufacturing, screen-printing, warehouse, or apparel experience is helpful but not required

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols
  • Experience setting up and operating MIG welding equipment

Nice to Have Skills:
