  • Strong reading, writing, measuring, and math skills
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks consistently

Preferred Education and Experience:

Job Description:

  • Material handling and warehousing experience to include pick/pull operation, cycle counting, sit down and stand up forklift experience or ability to become forklift qualified. Employee will both ship and receive materials and finished products

  • Fill out inventory lists, crosscheck shipping invoices and maintain accurate delivery log records for every order

Currently hiring for both 2nd (3pm to 11:30pm) & 3rd shifts (11pm to 7:30am). 

All positions will require to train on daylight for 2 weeks.

Starting pay rate up to $23 per hour based on experience level. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor the BLM LT7 tube laser system, ensuring accurate and efficient production. (willing to train on operation of this machine) 
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders with precision.
  • Load raw materials using a forklift, verify program parameters, and perform routine adjustments.
  • Conduct first-article inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production runs.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and communicate technical concerns to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain detailed production records and report any deviations or defects.
  • Assist with material handling, shop support, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, ideally tube lasers, but will consider related experience, any sort of metal fabrication or processing 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
