Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA (active or inactive) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on with month-end close and GAAP reporting.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, technical accounting, revenue recognition, and equity accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proven ability to enhance processes, automation, and controls in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating complex accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

HR/Office Manager

This role is responsible for accounts payable processing, HR administration, recruiting support, and related operational activities. Payroll experience is not required but will be beneficial for cross-training and future support needs.
