Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working with attorneys to edit and format various legal documents
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, depositions, conference calls, and deadlines.
• Prepare, proofread, edit, and file legal documents and correspondence under tight deadlines.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including document management and email organization.
• Assist with billing, expense reports, travel coordination, and administrative support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and internal support teams to support daily operations and client matters.

Education and Experience:

• 4 +  years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal or executive assistant 
• Bachelor's or paralegal certificate is required
• Experience with Electronic Filing is preferred

Key Responsibilities
