Your expertise will help shape the built environment while gaining exposure to a wide variety of civil engineering disciplines and projects.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- P.E. certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in municipal engineering, environmental permitting, stormwater management, building and bridge design, wastewater engineering, E&S design, subdivision, and land development
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and engineering software
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate and oversee project teams and multiple tasks effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with project management software
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of civil engineering
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on municipal and environmental projects
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in civil engineering roles with leadership responsibilities
Other Requirements:
- Must be a licensed P.E.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with minimal overtime, as the firm values a family-oriented culture
- Willingness to collaborate on diverse projects and ensure timely delivery

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment with designers, project managers, analysts, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, technical design and task breakout.
- Use cutting-edge technology to develop and deploy high-quality software solutions at a rapid pace.
- Review code and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Education and Experience:
- Experience working as a Software Developer with demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems, particularly web-based solutions.
- Experience in ASP.NET MVC using C# and either .NET Framework 4+, .NET Standard or .NET Core.
- Experience working on a team through the complete software lifecycle, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
