AccountStaff has partnered with a growing organization to hire an Entry Level Financial/Data Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team during a period of exciting relocation and expansion.

• Maintain and update vendor, customer, pricing, and item attributes to enable accurate commerce activities
• Process sourcing documents manually and systematically across all areas of master data
• Perform system audits to verify data accuracy and consistency against source documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure current and precise information (e.g., item deactivation, attribute changes)
• Identify opportunities for streamlining master data processes and inputs
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs for master data management
• Research and resolve vendor and customer invoice discrepancies
• Assist with projects and perform root cause analyses to develop corrective actions

Required skills include 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance. data, pricing, or related fields, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain and accounting concepts. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess problem-solving and research capabilities.

Preferred qualifications involve a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Logistics. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics

• Onsite work at Pittsburgh office (4 days/week after an initial 90-day period of onsite 5 days/week)

• Proficiency in CRM management and sales forecasting
• Ability to travel 80%+ predominantly within the U.S.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Established network in major metropolitan areas across the U.S.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturing and Hub program solutions
• Background in strategic planning and complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with compliance regulations such as HIPAA, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field required; MBA preferred
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive healthcare environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively (80%+), often to New York City and other major markets
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Must comply with all company policies, including those related to data security and healthcare regulations
