Pharmacy Technician (Data Entry + Patient Support)

In this role, you’ll help keep prescriptions moving smoothly by ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and ready for pharmacist verification. This is a non-retail, non-dispensing pharmacy technician position with a strong focus on data entry, prescription intake, and patient/prescriber support. Required Skills

• Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy registration (Trainee or Registered Pharmacy Technician)
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to gather missing information by phone/fax from patients, prescribers, and provider offices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems and online resources
• Dependable work habits, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and maintain workflow quality and schedules
• Commitment to compliance with HIPAA, applicable state/federal regulations, and company/client policies
