Job Title: Civil Engineer, Staff

Overview:
This role offers a chance to be a key contributor within a full-service environmental, engineering, and construction firm with over two decades of proven expertise. As a Civil Engineer on our client's team, you will work on diverse projects—including hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater management, land development, and permit applications. Your contributions will directly impact infrastructure development and environmental stewardship across the mid-Atlantic region. This position provides professional growth, collaborative work environment, and opportunities to apply your technical skills to meaningful projects.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3-7 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, and site plan development
  • Proficiency in preparing site plans, E&S control plans, and permit applications, including NPDES and mining permits
  • Experience with construction specifications, engineering cost estimates, and Department of Transportation permits (e.g., Road Occupancy Permits)
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drafting techniques; ability to create 3-D surfaces, grading plans, parking lot designs, profiles, and cross-sections
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Pipe Networks and Corridors is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with GIS and land development projects
  • Familiarity with erosion and sediment control planning and implementation
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance and permitting processes
  • Additional experience in construction management or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
  • Approximate 3-7 years of relevant civil engineering experience, ideally with environmental and land development focus

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies
  • Willingness to travel locally to project sites as needed
  • Prior experience with permitting and regulatory submission processes is highly desirable

Job Details:

  • Direct-Hire Position

Responsibilities

  • Generate, edit, and finalize monthly invoices in accordance with firm and client billing guidelines.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly prebills to attorneys, incorporating necessary edits and adjustments.

  • Assist with electronic billing (e-billing) submissions, resolve rejected invoices, and track approval statuses.

  • Record, review, and monitor attorney time entries and client-related expenses.

  • Maintain and update matter information, billing rates, and client-specific requirements within the billing system.

  • Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and internal firm procedures.

  • Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding billing status, adjustments, and documentation.

Education & Experience

What You’ll Do:

Position Summary:

TOPS Staffing is recruiting Production Workers for a well-established custom apparel and screen-printing facility located in Trafford, PA. This is an opportunity for candidates interested in learning the apparel-decoration process and working in a fast-paced production environment. Paid, hands-on training is provided. The Production Worker supports multiple stages of the custom apparel-production process. Responsibilities may include preparing garments for printing, assisting with screen-printing operations, inspecting completed products, packaging orders, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production of custom screen-printed apparel and related products

  • Support screen-printing machine operators throughout production runs
  • Inspect printed apparel for proper color, placement, clarity, and overall quality

Qualifications:
