TOPS Staffing is recruiting for a Material Handler / Inventory Clerk to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a direct hire opportunity from day one for someone who enjoys a hands-on role that combines warehouse, material handling, and inventory responsibilities.

You'll play an important role in keeping production moving by making sure materials are received, organized, tracked, and delivered to the right departments when they're needed.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
  • Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

  • Load and unload trucks and incoming materials
  • Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility
  • Stock and organize the inventory room
  • Pull materials for production orders and deliver them to the appropriate departments
  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities
  • Update inventory information in the company's ERP/inventory system
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Keep inventory accurate and organized
  • Work with production, shipping, and receiving to make sure materials are available when needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory, or manufacturing
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus
  • Experience with an ERP or inventory management system is helpful
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and stay productive with limited supervision
