TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire experienced Shop Welders for a direct hire opportunity. We're currently hiring 2nd Shift Welders to support continued growth within the fabrication department.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Starting Pay: $26.00/hour
• Candidates will complete an initial training period on daylight shift before moving to their permanent 2nd shift schedule.

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on a variety of fabricated steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Prepare materials by fitting, grinding, and cleaning weld joints
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete production documentation as required
• Train on Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) as needed (experience is a plus but not required)

• Previous MIG and Stick welding experience required
• Ability to pass a weld test at time of interview
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
• SAW welding experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Position: Industrial Custodian
Pay: $16.00
Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
Location: Export, PA 

Join our team as an Industrial Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our staff and visitors. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for preserving the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, contributing directly to a healthy and welcoming workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a hands-on, active role.

Daily Tasks:

• Empty trash cans and recycling containers, replace liners, and transport contents to the dumpster
• Break down cardboard boxes and take them to recycle dumpsters multiple times per day
• Occasionally assist in the removal of ice and snow from pedestrian walkways seasonally, as required
• Maintaining the parking lot and keeping it free of foreign debris. (Removal of pine needles, weed whacking, leaf removal, less than 5 hours a week)
• Observe the appearance and condition of premises and janitorial equipment and report needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned when custodian is off.
• Service, clean and sanitize restrooms. Resupply restroom supplies daily.
• Service, clean and sanitize lunchrooms and break areas. Resupply utensils and condiment supplies.
• Clean, dust and polish furniture and fixtures in offices and production areas.

Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to use ladders and reach high surfaces safely
• Knowledge of cleaning products and methods
• Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others and independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or building care
• Familiarity with recycling procedures and waste management
• Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffing machines

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to use step and extension ladders to reach, remove and replace light bulbs, dust walls and ceilings and wipe high surfaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors during inclement weather when necessary
• Ability to work overtime occasionally
• Valid driver’s license is not required but advantageous

Join Our Growing Fabrication Team as a Tube Laser Cutting Operator!

Are you an experienced machine operator looking to elevate your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tube Laser Cutting Operator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including the BLM LT7 tube laser system, where your expertise will directly contribute to producing precision metal components that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Currently hiring for both 2nd (3pm to 11:30pm) & 3rd shifts (11pm to 7:30am). 

All positions will require to train on daylight for 2 weeks.

Starting pay rate up to $23 per hour based on experience level. 

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the BLM LT7 tube laser system, ensuring accurate and efficient production. (willing to train on operation of this machine) 
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders with precision.
• Load raw materials using a forklift, verify program parameters, and perform routine adjustments.
• Conduct first-article inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot minor issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and communicate technical concerns to the maintenance team.
• Maintain detailed production records and report any deviations or defects.
• Assist with material handling, shop support, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, ideally tube lasers, but will consider related experience, any sort of metal fabrication or processing 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Basic knowledge of machine setup and adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with BLM or similar laser cutting machines.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication and production processes.
• Additional certifications related to machine operation or safety.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication settings involving CNC or laser equipment.

Painter – Manufacturing Environment 

Location: Glenshaw, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Glenshaw, PA to hire a Painter for a first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with industrial or production painting experience who take pride in high-quality finishes, safety, and consistency.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for preparing and painting components used in architectural products installed in public spaces across the country. This is a hands-on role offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term career growth potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and pre-treating materials prior to painting
• Apply wet paint and protective/anti-rust coatings to manufactured components
• Operate and maximize efficiency of paint booths
• Mix paints and assist with color matching as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain painting equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Request paint, wear items, and consumables as needed
