What You'll Do:

  • Operate a range of woodworking machinery including saws, planers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment to produce precise wood components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate manufacturing.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials to exact specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to maintain peak performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as required in daily operations.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, routers, and sanders
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and finishing wood components.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
