TOPS Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing company located in Irwin, PA. Shift & Pay:
Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays when needed.
Pay: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
Client offers a yearly bonus to all production employees once hired directly which can exceed $6,000 per year for an assembler

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers effectively.
- Work from prints or shop drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly or manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Comfortable working with hand and small power tools.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Reliable and punctual with a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
