Overview
In this role, you'll process the full spectrum of shipping and receiving activities, from handling inbound materials to preparing outbound shipments for domestic and international delivery. Your work will support critical projects, keeping our inventory accurate and our operations running seamlessly. What You'll Do and Achieve
- Process shipments, including picking, packaging, labeling, and documenting exports and imports
- Safely operate forklifts, rigging devices, and lifting equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Package, crate, and palletize spare parts and custom-built equipment for secure shipment
- Unload and inspect incoming materials, verifying accuracy before routing to storage
- Maintain precise inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, supporting our safety and operational standards
- Assist with basic maintenance and safety inspections on warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous process improvements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- At least two years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or packaging experience
- Ability to lift and move parts, boxes, and materials regularly throughout the day, up to 50 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safe operation of material handling equipment
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with major shipping portals like USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc..
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
- Basic carpentry, crating, and palletizing skills
- DOT Hazmat Shipping Certification and Spill Response Training
