Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, operations, program administration, or event management
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of project management platforms and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
- Background in community relations, workforce development, or nonprofit operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Several years of hands-on project management experience
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus
Other Requirements:
- Must obtain Child Abuse and Criminal Clearances
