What You'll Do
This is a cross-functional production role where you'll be trained in multiple areas of the plant, including:

Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines
Load bottles, drums, boxes, and packaging materials into production equipment
Perform quality inspections and remove defective products
Connect and disconnect transfer hoses used throughout production
Assist with blending operations by adding production materials
Collect product samples for quality testing
Monitor storage tank levels and record measurements
Load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available)

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to learn additional production processes and equipment throughout the facility.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available
Basic math and measurement skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working around production equipment
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
Comfortable climbing stairs and working on elevated platforms with safety rails when checking storage tank levels
Willing to work afternoon or night shift for an extended period before bidding into daylight openings

Training:

Paid training on daylight shift for approximately 30-90 days before moving to 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Maintain CNC machines, press brakes, robotic welding equipment, saws, and other production machinery
Diagnose and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, controls, and machine wiring
Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems
Assist with PLC and VFD troubleshooting when required
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns while identifying root causes
Work closely with machine operators to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur
Receive work assignments electronically through a maintenance management system and document completed repairs using the same platform
Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong experience troubleshooting 480V industrial electrical systems – Can train on the job but must have a minimum of 240v exposure
Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience maintaining CNC equipment, fabrication equipment, or automated production machinery preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and power transmission systems
PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience is a plus
Basic welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Commitment to safety and preventative maintenance

The Woodworker / Carpenter will measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom wooden packaging designed to protect industrial equipment and other products during transportation.

Responsibilities:

Build custom wooden shipping crates, boxes, skids, and pallets.
Measure, mark, and cut lumber and sheet materials according to specifications.
Assemble products using nails, screws, bolts, adhesives, and other fasteners.
Use saws, drills, nail guns, sanders, and other woodworking or construction tools.
Build custom supports, braces, cradles, hold-downs, and removable crate walls.

Qualifications:
