What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, commercial trucks, trailers, and diesel-powered equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and DOT/Class 7 inspections
Repair diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components
Perform field service repairs using a company service truck when needed
Complete repair orders, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment, diesel truck, or fleet maintenance experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working on diesel engines and hydraulic systems
Valid Class B CDL required
Class A CDL is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
