Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of site development, structural design, and construction practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related engineering software
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software
  • Familiarity with structural analysis and simulation tools
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in structural analysis or related field

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and pre-treating materials prior to painting
  • Apply wet paint and protective/anti-rust coatings to manufactured components
  • Operate and maximize efficiency of paint booths

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
