Job Overview
Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and running equipment that combines multiple raw materials into finished rolled products. The role involves following work orders, setting up machines for product changeovers, and monitoring automated production runs.


Training Program
• Week 1 – Shadow experienced operator
• Week 2 – Assist with machine operation
• Week 3 – Run jobs with supervision
• Week 4 – Operate independently with minimal support
