Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- PE License (EIT/ET preferred, with ability to obtain PE)
- Minimum of 6 years of mechanical engineering experience, with expertise in at least two of the following: equipment design, pressure and rotating process equipment, ASME Pressure Vessel Design, industrial ventilation, materials handling systems, stress and flow analysis, FEA or CFD, welding and metallurgy, or water treatment
- Proficiency in developing complex designs within a 3D environment using AutoCAD/Plant3D, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, or NavisWorks
- Experience in project execution as a Project Engineer or Design Team Leader (minimum 2 years)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite for engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Advanced mechanical evaluation skills with FEA or CFD tools
- Experience with environmental pollution controls, material handling system specifications, or water treatment projects
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred
- Additional professional certifications or registrations are a plus
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites or other company locations
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to physically perform essential duties, including standing, walking, and visual tasks; accommodations available for disabilities

Education and Experience:
