SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Proxy has partnered with a growing organization to identify an HR Supervisor to support a multi-division workforce. This role will oversee key HR functions and serve as a resource across payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative operations
  • Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Maintain knowledge of multi-state HR and payroll regulations to ensure compliance
  • Provide guidance to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including employee relations and compliance
  • Support and enhance employee benefits programs
  • Partner with leadership on performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements within HR operations
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to support business decisions
  • Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing or oversight
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
