

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proxy has partnered with a growing organization to identify an HR Supervisor to support a multi-division workforce. This role will oversee key HR functions and serve as a resource across payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative operations
- Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Maintain knowledge of multi-state HR and payroll regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including employee relations and compliance
- Support and enhance employee benefits programs
- Partner with leadership on performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements within HR operations
- Analyze HR metrics and data to support business decisions
- Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing or oversight
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
