Role Highlights:

AccountStaff is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator for an established Pittsburgh professional services company. Candidate will be familiar with all aspects of payroll.
Job Details:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry support that is required to update and maintain the integrity of the information in both the payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Reconcile Payroll reports.
- Make payments timely and accurately.
- Enter deduction arrears for any amounts due from employees.
- Responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Experience:
- Friendly demeanor, professional and businesslike dress and attitude.
- Excellent written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals.
- Ability to multi-task and to complete work assignments with interruptions.
- Attention to detail.
