Role Highlights:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license or MBA preferred)
- 7-9 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles
- Public accounting experience desired
- Proficiency in accounting and billing software
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of corporate tax issues and operational risk management
- Familiarity with international transactions and employee benefit plans is a plus
