Susan C. Dietrich
Susan Cepicka Dietrich is an accomplished staffing professional with a distinguished history of leadership and service in the American Staffing Association (ASA) and the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of ASA. She served on the chapter’s Board of Directors for 14 years, including as Chairman of the Board, where she played a key role in expanding professional programming, strengthening community partnerships, and elevating the voice of staffing professionals across the region.
With more than 30 years in the industry, Susan has been an integral part of the growth and success of our family of companies. Beyond her professional achievements, she is most proud of her role as a mother to four children, finding balance between family life and a career dedicated to making a positive impact on people and businesses alike.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Uses the following programs: Visual Studio, WinForms, ASP.NET, MS SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, C#, C++, and WPF
- Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Creates and manages long-term goals.
- Keeps current with technology trends and changes related to position
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering required
- 3 plus years’ experience as a proven leader/supervisor required
- 5 years of IT experience required
- Experience with all or some of these is a bonus but not required: Visual Studio, WinForms, ASP.NET, MS SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, C#, C++, and WPF

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment with designers, project managers, analysts, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, technical design and task breakout.
- Use cutting-edge technology to develop and deploy high-quality software solutions at a rapid pace.
- Review code and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Education and Experience:
- Experience working as a Software Developer with demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems, particularly web-based solutions.
- Experience in ASP.NET MVC using C# and either .NET Framework 4+, .NET Standard or .NET Core.
- Experience working on a team through the complete software lifecycle, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- JavaScript ES6 using either Angular, NodeJS, React, or Ember – TypeScript-Angular
