Susan Cepicka Dietrich is an accomplished staffing professional with a distinguished history of leadership and service in the American Staffing Association (ASA) and the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of ASA. She served on the chapter’s Board of Directors for 14 years, including as Chairman of the Board, where she played a key role in expanding professional programming, strengthening community partnerships, and elevating the voice of staffing professionals across the region.

 

With more than 30 years in the industry, Susan has been an integral part of the growth and success of our family of companies. Beyond her professional achievements, she is most proud of her role as a mother to four children, finding balance between family life and a career dedicated to making a positive impact on people and businesses alike.

TOPS Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a manufacturing company in Clinton, PA. 2-2-3 Schedule - Ask recruiter for details - Work 4 days one week and 3 days the following week.  9 hours of OT built into schedule every other week!

Pay:
Daylight shift: $18.75
Night shift:  $19.75
Raise to up to $20.90/hr once hired on by client

Job Overview:
As a Production Associate, you’ll support the manufacturing of critical medical devices by operating automated machinery in a clean room setting. This role is essential, fast-paced, and offers excellent training, career growth, and long-term stability for dependable, detail-oriented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automated equipment using HMI screens
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products safely
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues during production
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet safety standards
  • Follow strict clean room protocols and PPE requirements
  • Work collaboratively to keep production running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or Associate degree

Material Handler - Overhead Crane Operator - Night shift

TOPS Staffing has partnered with a company in the Neville Island area of Pittsburgh, PA, to find a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join their team. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to make an impact while advancing your career! The right candidate will be vital in supporting the company's shop operations, handling large-scale steel components, and working with heavy equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Evening Shift - 11pm to 7:30am
Pay: $19hr while on contract to hire - Once converted you enter into company incentive program which has an average pay out of $1000 to $1500 per month.  
 

What you’ll do:

  • Load and unload steel plates, beams, and pipes from flatbed trucks using a powerful forklift and overhead crane.
  • Safely rig and secure materials for transport, ensuring proper loading with blocking and securing techniques.
  • Move finished products across the warehouse, constantly walking and climbing to operate equipment and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Operate overhead crane with remote control or belly box.
  • Assist with rigging and securing loads, maintaining safety and efficiency throughout all tasks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:.

  • Proficiency with overhead cranes, including remote and belly box control.
  • Ability to handle rigging, blocking, and securing materials.
  • Strong physical stamina; able to stand for long periods, climb, bend, crawl, and manipulate heavy or awkward loads.
  • Ability to do a lot of walking, this role involves moving material around warehouse and on an off flatbed trucks, will require an extensive amount of walking. 
  • Basic math and mechanical skills for rigging and equipment operation.
  • A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred education and experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1+ year of warehouse or heavy equipment experience.
  • Prior overhead crane operation experience.

Other requirements:

Required Skills:

Production Machine Operators Needed -Afternoon & Night shift

TOPS Staffing is actively hiring multiple Machine Operators for a respected union manufacturing facility in the Saltsburg area. These are contract-to-hire positions with a short 60-day conversion window, making it a great opportunity for long-term career growth in a stable, well-established company.

In this role, you will operate a spot welding machine, applying tack welds to metal bands during the production process. No prior welding experience required — we will provide on the job training! What we do need is candidates with a good mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a hands-on industrial setting, and ok with performing repetitive machine operations tasks as our shop is a low mix high volume production facility. 

Job Details:
Union Shop – post-hire placement, shift, and job bidding determined by seniority
Hours: Must be open to working any shift but most likely will start on Afternoon 3pm to 11pm or Night shift 11pm to 7am
Starting Pay: $19.00 /  After one year raise to full operator rate of $25+ per hour 

Company Benefits once hired on by client after 60 days:

Key Responsibilities:
