Lead the Way in Structural Design
As a Civil/Structural Engineer with our client, you'll be responsible for leading the structural design and analysis of bulk material handling systems, including conveyors, transfer towers, foundations, support structures, and related infrastructure. You'll prepare detailed engineering calculations, construction drawings, and specifications, ensuring that designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate and Communicate Effectively

Control Panel Designer
Job Details:
The role can either go Direct or Contract to hire. It is a case by case basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive control panel designs using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings in accordance with UL508A standards.
- Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for control panel components.
- Interpret project specifications, electrical codes, and customer requirements to design suitable panels.
- Perform engineering calculations for power requirements, voltage drop, and circuit sizing.
- Select appropriate components for AC/DC circuits, motor circuits, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial networks.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate control systems, including PLC logic and HMI programming.
- Design panels for hazardous (Class I Div 1 & 2) locations in compliance with industry standards.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design with a focus on UL508A-compliant control panels.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, industrial automation, and control systems.
- Experience in oil and gas, steel, or glass manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical; experience with EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- This position will coordinate the entire production order process from planning and creation through closing in relation to the Systems Area while maintaining a master order log for complete backlog visibility and status.
- Coordinating material shortages with Supply Chain and applicable Vendors/Suppliers when needed
- Creating production orders for new customer orders confirming material want dates in relation to customer required dates
- Reviewing material availability for upcoming orders, revising planned dates for purchased items
- Updating status of each order on master log and in SAP if applicable
- Revising production orders (routings / BOM’s / assignments / dates)
- Releasing production orders and making order packets for shop floor
- Coordinating material transfer from external warehouse and completion of kit orders
- Assisting with discrepant material and other order stoppages
- Picking material into the production orders
Education and Experience:
- Looking for a 2 or 4 year technical degree with Manufacturing experience.
- Completing metrics and KPI’s – including data for hour variance, OTD, and labor efficiency
- Assisting with inventory control for shop floor stock and non-stock items
- Reviewing Material Master lead times (Systems items) for accuracy in planning and order confirmation
