SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Quality Documentation Specialist – Daylight Shift
Shift: Daylight | Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

A medical manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to support quality operations within its warehouse distribution center. This role is heavily focused on QC documentation and compliance, with hands-on involvement in product testing and quality processes when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key representative of the Quality Systems (QS) department for the Distribution Site
  • Manage MRB (Material Review Board) and QUAR product processes
  • Conduct product quality control (QC) testing
  • Complete evaluations and documentation for NCEs and PIRs
  • Generate product certifications for contract-manufactured and internal products
  • Support the Quality Manager with SOP and Work Instruction (WI) change reviews and submissions
  • Perform incoming inspections when applicable
  • Provide support to warehouse operations, distribution projects, and production schedules as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities to support departmental goals
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Experience with Oracle and Agile systems
  • Familiarity with SOPs, including redlining and revisions
  • Product testing experience
Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Experience in the medical device or medical manufacturing industry
  • Background with companies such as Siemens, BMS, Abbott, or similar regulated environments

Quality Lab Technician

As a crucial part of our client’s team, you’ll support quality control operations by performing sorting, sampling, and rework of defective or suspect products. Your work helps guarantee that only top-quality, compliant products move forward in the manufacturing process and reach customers. This role involves maintaining strict adherence to ISO, FDA, and other industry regulations, working closely with production to support key quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, has excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Keen attention to detail that keeps quality at the forefront
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and reporting
  • Excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid handwritten reporting skills
  • Experience following SOPs and maintaining compliance standards
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and quality control processes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working within ISO, FDA, or related regulatory environments
  • Prior lab or quality technician experience in manufacturing or healthcare
  • Basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation or sampling methods

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training a plus)
  • At least 1 years of experience in quality control or laboratory work is preferred but open to candidates with who recently graduated with related degrees

Other Requirements:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • Pay rate of $21/hr
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment a plus
