Job Title: High-End Metal Finisher

Primary Responsibilities:
- Use hand and belt sanders to achieve precise, high-quality finishes on metal products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate work.
- Remove dents, scratches, and surface defects from metal components using hand and power tools.
- Cut, burn, grind, sand, and drill materials as required to meet specifications.
- Apply a Satin finish to metal surfaces, demonstrating finesse and consistency.
- Follow all safety protocols, utilizing proper safety equipment at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field such as autobody work.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools for finishing tasks.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with high-end architectural metal finishes or polishing techniques.
- Knowledge of advanced polishing tools or finishing machinery.
- Background working with decorative or specialty metals.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or finishing environment, particularly related to architectural metals or autobody.
- Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality finishes in a fast-paced setting.

- Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Maintenance Technician - Trainee Level
We are searching for candidates that have a strong mechanical aptitude and some very basic electrical knowledge. If you know your way around a tool box and have experience doing things like handyman work, automotive or motorcycle repairs, or small engine rebuilds, we encourage you to apply.
This is a great opportunity for the selected candidate to gain some industrial maintenance training and experience. There will be opportunities for pay raises and advancement as your skills and ability progress.
Job Details:
Contract to hire position
Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule – Could be some weekend overtime as needed basis.
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate = $16.00hr to start - Raises based on performance are available.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with trouble shooting of equipment breakdowns
- Help in performing necessary repairs on any equipment breakdowns
- Help with facility maintenance as necessary
- Perform preventative maintenance of production equipment.
- Use of hand tools and power tools to perform repair tasks.
- Help perform basic electrical repairs as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Hand and power tool knowledge is required
- Experience with blueprint reading is preferred – willing to train
- Any trouble shooting experience – Cars, bikes, motor cycles, home appliances, home repairs is preferred.
- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred willing to provide training
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing, bending, crawling, climbing to perform work
- Lifting on a as needed basis
- Good eyesight and hearing to help with machine diagnostics
- Ability to learn new skills is a must! We are willing to provide on the job training but need somebody who is going to be reliable and receptive to what they are being taught in this position.
