SKILL REQUIREMENTS

AccountStaff is assisting in this exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Paymaster to handle invoicing and support administrative responsibilities within a dynamic organization. This vital role ensures precise financial transactions and smooth office operations, playing a key part in the company's success.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Good communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Previous administrative or payroll experience
  • Familiarity with load/order tracking and invoice management

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • No degree required
  • Some experience with Excel; QuickBooks experience preferred but willing to train
