Customer Service Representative

We are assisting our client in hiring dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This contract-to-hire role offers competitive pay ($18-19/hr) and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving patient access to essential medications.  The position is onsite with multiple shifts available.  Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, medical, insurance, or benefits verification
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, dual monitors, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and high-quality customer service
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and benefits processes
  • Experience with payer or pharmacy benefit management systems
  • Healthcare industry experience focusing on benefits verification
  • Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or related healthcare background
