Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage high-volume calls
  • Comfortable learning and supporting healthcare programs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with call center software

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass background check (drug screen not required)
