Position Overview:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering flat sheet plastic products to various commercial, industrial, and occasional non-traditional locations within the Pittsburgh area. Your day will involve safe driving, vehicle inspections, loading and unloading, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26-foot Hino box truck equipped with a liftgate, GPS tracking, and forward and cab-facing cameras (cameras are a mandatory feature).
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks using a provided checklist.
• Pick up materials from the warehouse, often utilizing forklift experience to load the truck, with most materials staged and ready for ease of loading.
• Picking orders for delivery from warehouse on occasion. 
• Deliver products to approximately 5 stops per day on average
• Back into loading docks or utilize pallet jacks, liftgates, or manual labor for unloading, depending on the order.
• Adhere to delivery schedules, typically within a 3-hour radius, with most deliveries being closer to the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and safe driving record and environment at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Forklift experience is required; training for DOT Med Card can be provided if needed.
• Ability to operate a liftgate, pallet jacks, and perform manual unloading when necessary.
• Comfortable with vehicle camera surveillance and GPS tracking technology.
• Willingness to perform occasional manual handling and warehouse tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility depending on daily delivery routes.
• Lunch break options of 30 or 60 minutes are available.
• No weekend work required.

About the Role:

As an Industrial Millwright, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing machinery—both stationary and mobile—ensuring continuous, efficient production. You will work closely with the maintenance team to diagnose mechanical issues, rebuild components, and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on production machinery and mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, modify, and move heavy machinery based on engineering plans, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Rebuild and align components such as gear drives, pumps, hydraulic valves, and motors.
• Diagnose infrequent or complex equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Perform equipment modifications and updates to improve reliability and performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Fabricate metal parts for equipment repairs and prototypes.
• Rig heavy machinery and perform operational tests post-installation or repair.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and prepare technical reports on repairs and modifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and share technical assistance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or Associate of Science (AS) degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform prolonged standing and repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work on various shifts (day, afternoon, or overnight), with a steady schedule once hired.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift Options: Afternoon (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), Night (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM), or Daylight (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Shift assignment depends on qualifications and availability, with steady shifts provided upon hire.
• Competitive Pay: $27 to $31 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift premiums—15% for afternoon shift and 12% for night shift.
• Overtime: Regular opportunities for overtime, averaging 45-50 hours per week.

TOPS has partnered with a local machine shop who is looking for an experienced CNC machinist for their daylight shift. 

As a machinist you must be proficient with doing CNC mill & lathe set up, tool changes, editing from machine interface, operation of machine, quality checks of parts coming out of machines, capable of reading and interpreting blue prints.  The ideal candidate would have some programming experience ability to write new code for parts and this is preferred but at a minimum you must be able to edit and modify existing code.   In this role your main duty will be doing set up of various machines in the shop getting them ready to pass off to the machine operator.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 
Hours: 6am – 3:30pm - OT available on regular basis
Starting Pay rate: Up to $30per hour based on experience

Duties/Responsibilities
•    Set up and operation of both CNC Mills and Lathes.  We have both vertical and horizontal machines in our shop. 
•    Make any necessary tooling changes on both Mills and Lathes to complete jobs.
•    Must be able to read and interpret blueprints or schematics. 
•    Writing code for new parts as jobs come into the shop.
•    Editing of existing cnc programs, to modify code for jobs as they come in. 
•    Start CNC machine and monitor machine as it runs program.
•    Unload finished part from CNC machine.
•    Quality check parts (dimensional) as your remove from CNC machine must be able to use calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices. 
•    Some documentation required to update travelers that move around shop with our jobs. 
•    Assist with basic preventative maintenance of machine.
•    Operation of secondary shop equipment, drill presses, saws, grinding/ polishing machines, etc. 

Education and Experience:
•    High school diploma or GED equivalent or AS degree
•    1 years of related work experience or AS degree in a related field
•    Ability to do basic shop math
•    Ability to read prints or schematics is preferred but not required 
•    Ability to muli-task and monitor multiple machines in operation. 

Physical Requirements:
•    Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
•    Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
