

Sterling Office Professionals has partnered with a client to identify a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join their growing team. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and closing sales across a range of products and services.

- $40-50k Base DOE + commission

Responsibilities/Duties

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities

Sell new equipment, installations, software, and maintenance/reporting services

Conduct outreach through phone, email, web, and in-person meetings

Perform cold calling and lead generation activities

Prepare proposals and present solutions to potential clients

Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships

Attend networking events and industry functions

Schedule appointments and manage the full sales cycle

Use CRM/tracking software to document and track all sales activity

Provide monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and activity

Complete additional reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Education/Experience
-
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
