Job Overview
This is a hands-on, helper-style role supporting multiple areas of a fabrication shop. You’ll assist wherever needed, including assembly, warehouse support, material handling, painting, machine operation, and general labor tasks. Duties may change daily, making this a great fit for someone flexible and eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities
• Assist with assembly, warehouse, and production support
• Material handling and parts delivery throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks
• Support machine operations (loading/unloading)
• Mix cement-based slurries used in production

Job Details:
Contract position with possibility of conversion - Minimum of 6 months duration
Located in RIDC West Industrial park
Hours:  6:30am to 3pm – Monday to Friday schedule - 8hr schedule with flextime offered.
Pay rate: Up to $21 per hour, starting rate based on experience level.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work from electrical blueprints or schematics to build controls for feeder systems.
  • Perform system wiring by following print and performing point to point controls wiring work
  • Some Mechanical assembly is required in this role
  • Work with both metal and plastic conduit.   
  • Functional testing of completed controls system.
  • Pull parts for unit builds out of inventory utilizing a bill of materials and document pulled inventory properly
  • Forklift operation – Not required but would be a plus
  • Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis
  • Position requires basic computer competency.
  • All work requires utilizing a combination of hand and power tools.

Education and Experience:
  • Looking for a minimum of one year of related electrical wiring in a manufacturing or production environment or a related technical degree.
