Temporary Payroll Specialist ($30-35/hour)

The Temporary Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting end to end payroll operations in a fast paced, high volume environment. This role will process multi country payrolls, ensure accuracy and compliance with international payroll regulations, and maintain data integrity within a large enterprise payroll system (ERP). The specialist will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely, accurate pay to employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volume payroll cycles accurately and on schedule across multiple international regions.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll data within a large-scale ERP payroll system 
• Verify, reconcile, and balance payroll records, tax filings, and earnings/deductions.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international payroll laws and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Assist with audits, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high volume payroll processing.
• International payroll experience required.
• Proficiency with large payroll ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities.
