

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proxy has partnered with an organization seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role will support the HR team during an HRIS system integration project.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS system
- Assist with system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Assist with HRIS system updates, implementations, or integrations
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Enter and maintain payroll data (new hires, job changes, pay rates, deductions, updates).
- Assist with payroll preparation, verification, and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain accurate payroll and personnel records.
- Post job openings and manage incoming resumes
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with ADP
- 2+ years of HRIS, or HR experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
