Proxy Legal Search is actively hiring Data Entry Specialists for a well-established company in the Irwin / Greensburg, PA area.

Job Details:

  • Full-time hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry using a 10-key numeric keypad while viewing scanned tax documents

  • Maintain high accuracy while meeting daily production goals

  • Input alphanumeric and function key data efficiently

  • Verify information and flag discrepancies

  • Support other office administration duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous data entry, office clerk, or administrative support experience preferred

  • Must be proficient with 10-key typing, keyboard navigation, and basic computer skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

  • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and sit for long periods

Customer Service Representative

Proxy Legal Search has teamed up with our client in the Butler, PA area in search of a Customer Service Representative to add to their expanding team.

Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Daylight
  • In-office M-F; 8:00 am -5:00 pm  
  • Pay 16-17$ an hour BOE.


Duties/Responsibilities:

• Resolve product and service problems, clarifying customer complaint, determine the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution.
• Understand and be able to communicate UPG’s quality parameters on all products.
• Have full knowledge and understanding of all UPG products and services (i.e., glass types, manufacturing capabilities, patterns, etc.).
• Manage incoming calls while referring non-CSR calls to appropriate departments (i.e., Lami, Commercial, Heavy, etc.).
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
•  Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal/team targets (i.e., goals for personal development/answer calls by 3rd ring).
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Answer questions on warranties.
• Have full understanding of RMA process.
•  Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and experience and communicate customer comments to appropriate people.


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience
  • Customer oriented
  • Fast paced

Real Estate Paralegal

Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a growing organization to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its commercial real estate operations in Pittsburgh.

This role will support attorneys and business stakeholders in managing real estate transactions from contract through closing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling commercial real estate documentation and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions

  • Draft and review basic real estate documents, including leases, amendments, and closing documents

  • Order and review title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials

  • Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings with attorneys, lenders, and title companies

  • Maintain transaction files and manage critical dates and deadlines

  • Communicate with brokers, tenants, municipalities, and outside counsel as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience required

  • Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with title and survey review

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment

  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
