Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in recruiting or legal settings
Nice to Have Skills
- Prior law firm or legal department experience
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a corporate recruiting environment is preferred
Other Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
