Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proven expertise in designing and supporting electrical power and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects.
  • Knowledge of designing for multi-unit residential developments.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other design software.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant certifications.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction or architectural industry.
  • Prior involvement in Class A commercial or institutional building projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and project managers.
  • Ability and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
