Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision and guidance related to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.

Education / Experience:

  • Supervising entry to mid-experienced technical specialists and EITs
  • Leading environmental compliance projects such as NPDES Permit sampling and discharge monitoring report preparation.
  • Leading the design and technical direction for civil/site, water resources, and/or wastewater components on power generation facility projects.
  • Deliverables may include Civil/Site Development and Access Road Grading Plans, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans, Stormwater Management Plans, Utility Design, and Relocation Plans, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans, Hydrology and Hydraulic Reports, Permit Application Packages (earth disturbance, land development, highway occupancy, water obstruction and encroachment, water quality, etc), and Construction Plans, Specifications, and Opinions of Probable Cost.

  • Bachelors (B.S.) degree from an accredited college in Environmental or Civil Engineering (M.S. degree a plus)
