Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in client relationships and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience navigating public processes and municipal approvals
- Past involvement in transportation design standards and policies
- Leadership training or advanced certifications related to project management or transportation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A steady track record of managing transportation projects from conception to completion
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing teams
- Experience with federal, state, or local transportation agencies
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel regionally as required

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design electrical equipment layout, single line, interconnecting wiring, lighting and grounding drawings.
- Provide specifications for electrical and construction projects.
- Coordinate design between disciplines
Education and Experience:
- Associates of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
- REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD are the preferred software's.
- 5 + years’ of experience in industrial electrical design.
