Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency. This role works closely with production leadership, maintenance planners, and management to support plant performance while maintaining compliance with OSHA, GMP, and Company safety standards.

Shift & Compensation
- Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Salary Range: Up to $75k (based on experience)
- Overtime: Straight-time pay
Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency. This role works closely with production leadership, maintenance planners, and management to support plant performance while maintaining compliance with OSHA, GMP, and Company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Maintain and improve overall equipment reliability
- Communicate daily with production leadership regarding priorities and equipment issues
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance work with planners and schedulers
- Develop daily, weekly, and vacation schedules for maintenance staff
- Oversee and manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Identify training needs and schedule employee development
- Evaluate employee performance and assist with hiring and disciplinary actions
- Enforce company policies, regulatory requirements, GMPs, and company safety standards
- Manage departmental budgets and provide input on financial needs
- Collaborate with management to meet department and company objectives
- Assist in developing and implementing departmental goals, policies, and work standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Background in consumer packaged goods (food & beverage) strongly preferred
- Blow mold experience preferred
- Trade school or technical training (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices, employee supervision, and safety standards
- Ability to attend job-related training to support ongoing development
